Privacy Policy

This policy explains how THDFILMS uses information needed to operate The Hafid Creation Process Studio and protect member-only access.

Information we receive

When you sign in with Google, we receive your Google account’s stable user identifier, verified email address, display name and profile image. Google does not share your password with us. During membership verification, we also receive the YouTube handle or channel URL you submit, the verification request, membership status and related access history.

How we use information

We use this information only to authenticate you, connect one approved YouTube membership identity to one Studio account, provide or revoke member access, prevent misuse, support members and maintain security and audit records.

Filmmaking input

The scene descriptions and directing choices you enter are used to generate your directing plan. When the server-based directing feature is available, that input may be processed by our AI service provider to produce the requested plan. The Studio does not use member scene descriptions to determine membership eligibility.

Storage and service providers

Production account, entitlement, session and audit records are stored with our hosting and database provider. Google processes the sign-in flow. YouTube manages channel memberships. We do not sell member personal information.

Cookies and security

The Studio uses a secure, HTTP-only session cookie to keep you signed in. Verification codes expire after 24 hours, can be used only once and do not grant access by themselves. Access decisions are made on the server.

Retention and choices

We retain account, entitlement and audit information for as long as reasonably needed to provide access, resolve membership issues, prevent abuse and meet operational or legal obligations. You may request access, correction or deletion of personal information, subject to records we must retain for security or legal reasons.
