Terms of Use

These terms apply when you access or use The Hafid Creation Process Studio, a THDFILMS member benefit.

Member access

You need an eligible, active THDFILMS YouTube channel membership and an approved Studio account. Access belongs to the approved Google account and YouTube membership identity. Verification codes and accounts may not be sold, transferred or shared to avoid membership requirements.

Subscription and cancellation

YouTube processes membership purchases, renewals, cancellations and refunds under its own terms. Studio access may continue through any remaining benefit period shown by YouTube and ends when the membership entitlement ends or access is revoked for misuse.

Using the Studio

You are responsible for the stories, instructions and media you submit and for confirming that you have the rights needed to use them. Do not use the Studio unlawfully, attempt to bypass access controls, interfere with the service or misuse another person’s identity.

Creative output

The Studio provides directing guidance and prompt text. Results from third-party video or AI tools can vary. You remain responsible for reviewing creative output, continuity, accuracy, rights and suitability before publishing or distributing it.

Availability and changes

We may maintain, improve or temporarily interrupt the Studio. We may update these terms when reasonably necessary and will post the current effective date on this page.
